Buying and Selling Basics

Not every Realtor is the same and there is no such thing as the perfect Realtor. However, there is a perfect Realtor for you. Just because I worked well with someone else doesn't mean that we will be a good fit. That is why I like to offer coffee dates to people. It gives us a chance to meet, talk, and get to know one another, before you start giving me all your life information. If we meet and mesh well together, GREAT! Let's get started. If we meet and you are not sure about it, please feel free to "shop around" and if you need a referral, I would be happy to point you in the direction of someone.

This should seem like basic knowledge but you would be surprised to know how many people will just sign anything that someone puts in front of them. It is my job to make sure that you understand everything that you are signing and that you know the legal implications (if any) to what you are signing.

With all the recent lawsuits against the Real Estate industry, some changes have been put into place that require additional forms to be signed. You should NOT be pressured into signing anything that you are not comfortable with and fully understand.

OK, this can sound intimidating BUT this is where you get to learn what the process is going to look like (whether buying or selling) and where you can ask all the questions that you have. And please don't think that there are any stupid questions. I am one of the experts in this field and sometimes what seems like common sense to me, really isn't. If you don't know something, ASK!, that is what I am here for!

This process can be stressful and overwhelming but that is what I am here for. So let me know what it is that is stressing you out, what questions you have, or any concerns that you have.
